In Kiev at address 2/6 Boichenka st. pickup is available subject to prior arrangement.

The orders are shipped from Kiev, Ukraine.

Within Ukraine shipping is realised by the following transport companies: "New Post", "Ukrpost", "justin", "Intime".
For orders more than 800 UAH shipping within Ukraine is FREE.

New Post

• Shipping cost to the branch — 35 UAH.
• Shipping cost by address (via courrier within Kiev): 45 UAH.
• Shipping cost by address (via courrier within Ukraine): 55 UAH.
• Delivery time: 1-2 days.

Intime

• Shipping cost to the branch: 35 UAH.
• Delivery time: 1-3 days.

Ukrpost

• Shipping cost: 25 UAH.
• Delivery time: 2-4 days.

Outside Ukraine shipping is provided by "Ukrpost".

• Shipping cost: from $6.20 (depending on weight).
• Delivery time: Europe — 1 week, other continents — 2-3 weeks.

Payment

Pre-payment

• On card of Privatbank or monobank. To replenish bank account it is NOT neccessary to be a bank client. It is sufficient to use the self-service terminal or cash desk in any department at your locality.
• Webmoney. To do this, you should be registered in Webmoney system and have a minimum experience of using the system.

• PayPal — is the most well-known international payment system. To use, it is necessary to create an account at website and add your bank card to the PayPal system.

Payment when picked up

Available only for customers in Ukraine. You pay for the order directly upon delivery. You also have an opportunity to check the parcel, and in the case of discrepancy — refuse the order.
Cost of service:

• New Post: 20 UAH +2% of the payment.
• Intime: 15 UAH +2% of the payment.
• justin: 15 UAH +2% of the payment.
